There are some amazing home decorating bloggers out there sharing great tips, ideas and advice to you and me furnish our homes. I went to my favorite fellow design bloggers and asked them a quick question that interests me and I think you too.
What is the number one unique interior design tip that you would give homeowners about interior design?

“My tip would be the same technique I use within my own home. I try to use neutrals as my main building blocks, like the color of the walls, and the largest pieces of furniture. Then add texture, design, and color by layering in accessories and eye catching decor items. “My number one design tip is do what you like in your home, regardless of what’s ‘hot right now‘. Unless you have unlimited funds, and love to redecorate every season, choose your design thoughtfully and tweak from there. Do not look at every passing trend as something to be faithfully recreated. Every person has a unique set of tastes, every house has it’s own set of challenges, and what works best in one’s home is what is pleasing to your individual eye.
